Janice Samoray, PhD, LLP, ATR-BC
Janice Samoray has been a frontline clinician for over 20 years, serving diverse populations in a variety of medical and behavioral health settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics and private practice. Dr. Samoray specializes in Anxiety, Depression and Trauma, working with both patients and caregivers. She has also presented multiple national and international art therapy workshops to professional care providers suffering from secondary traumatic stress and compassion fatigue. In addition to her clinical practice, she has worked as a researcher and educator and is an adjunct professor at Wayne State University’s Art Therapy Program. Dr. Samoray enjoys and has had extensive experience working with couples, families and children.
